Refund policy
For return eligible products we have a 15-day return request policy, which means you have 15 days from day of delivery of your item to request a return for a full refund of the item price, shipping and handling fees are non- refundable. Please see the Exceptions/Non Returnable items section below to guide you before making a return request. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
To request a return please contact us at ks.petsrrpassion@gmail.com providing your order # and explaining which item(s) of your order you are requesting approval to return and why. Within the 15 day return request window your item also must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return requests are typically processed within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your return request is approved we will provide you with an RMA # to place on your return package. Return packages are shipped back at the customer's expense and we strongly recommend insuring your package and getting a tracking number as we cannot control or be responsible for return shipping related problems.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will then let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to then process and post the refund to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us @ks.petsrrpassion@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as promptly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as pet foods , treats, and more), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and pet care goods (such as grooming/bathing products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.
